Licensed in 1999, I followed the footsteps of my Grandfather and Father into our family business that was started in 1962. I was honored to be the 2021 President of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors along with being the 3rd Generation Broker/Owner of Harvey Z. Raad Real Estate in the Allentown.

I have served on the Greater Lehigh Valley Realtors Board of Directors from 2011-2017, and acted as President in 2015 & 2016. I was honored to have won the election becoming Treasurer of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors in 2018; served as 1st Vice President in 2019 and President-Elect in 2020. Having been on the PAR Board of Directors since 2011, I have been Chair of the Commercial, Industrial & Investment Committee and Headquarters & Staffing Committee. I have also been honored to have been selected to the National Association of Realtors Board of Directors in 2016-2017 and 2020-2022, and have served on the Public Policy Coordinating Committee from 2016-2021.

Outside of real estate, I was selected as a 2021 Honoree to the Lehigh Valley Business Power 30 for Construction and Real Estate along with being a 40 Under 40 honoree in 2016 by the Lehigh Valley Business Journal; and also previously served on the Board of Directors for Camelot for Children and the City of Allentown Historical Architectural Review Board. Currently serving as Chair of the City of Allentown Redevelopment Authority and a member of the Lehigh County Human Relations Commission.

I am a life-long resident of the Lehigh Valley and reside in Salisbury Township. When not working, I like to golf, travel and relax with friends and family!
